Can't hear the normal stream?

  1. Make sure your computer's speakers are turned on, and that the volume is loud enough to hear.
  2. Do you have a media player installed?
  3. If you are sure you have a media player installed on your computer, do you have the correct Search Robot plug-in installed for your media player?

Can't hear the CD-Quality stream?

  1. Make sure that you can hear the normal stream. If you cannot hear the normal quality stream, follow these steps.
  2. If you can hear the normal quality stream, but just not the CD-Quality stream:
  3. If you have downloaded the Windows Media Player AAC+ plugin, but still cannot hear the stream, try downloading WinAmp and listening to the stream using the WinAmp link.
  4. AAC+ technology is a somewhat new technology, so if you have performed all the above steps, and still cannot listen to the CD-Quality stream, please just listen to the normal quality stream.

Is the CD-Quality stream choppy?
