Our 24-year old son had no contact with our family for almost one year.  During this time, his girlfriend and 4-year old son moved to our hometown in Indiana to live with him.  Last October 2011 when she became pregnant, our son married her.  Right before Christmas 2011, began visiting us regularly.  When the baby was  born we discovered that their housing situation was horrible. To help them get their lives turned around, they are moving to Denver to live with our daughter-in-law's grandparents.  The wife's family are very angry at both of them for what they have done and how the family has been treated.  Our son seems to be remorseful and realizes that he has made very poor choices and has made a real mess out of his life.  He is in a very fragile state.  We are praying that he can find a Christian counselor in Denver who does not  permit him to blame others but to accept responsibility and teach him what to do as well as teach him coping mechanisms.  If you could pray for our son and his wife as well as for us we would really appreciate it.
With a heavy heart but rejoicing in knowing Him,
-Cheryl

Heavenly Father, I lift up Cheryl and their family - that you would help them be agents of grace in this family situation.  May Cheryl's son and wife find the spiritual help that they need and a church that will shepherd them in Your Truth.  May this situation draw the entire family closer together and not farther apart.  Bring healing to all concerned.  In your precious Name, we pray.  Amen.
